Weight Loss Program
Those who need to lose substantial amounts of bodyfat need a combination of both diet and exercise to succeed.
The weight loss program begins with a mandatory nutritional consultation. Your current diet will be analyzed and then you will most likely be put on a new nutritional program to help you achieve your goals. My nutritional program is simple to follow and there is no counting calories, etc.
The exercise portion of the program has a 3 or 4 day per week option. Any less than that is not enough frequency to make a change in your metabolism.
