Nutritional Planning and Seminars

We offer two types of nutritional services:

1) Nutritional Planning/Counseling - (In person or Online)

Meant for the individual or couple.  You get a complete meal plan based on your current nutritional habits, activity level, schedule, body type, and goals.  There are meals plans for fat loss as well as weight gain.  Prior to our meeting, I will email you a list of questions that you need to answer so I can properly design your diet. Additionally, come to the meeting with a thorough list of questions about anything and everything related to diet/nutrition and I will do my best to answer them for you.  When we are done, you will leave with a realistic meal plan in your hand that tells you exactly what to eat, how much of it to eat, and when to eat it.  All you have to do is buy the food and eat.  All the guesswork is done for you.  My nutritonal programming is designed for real working men and women.  You don’t count calories and you don’t starve yourself. 

If you don’t have the time or inclination to make it into a meeting, I can design a nutritional program for you online via email.  I will send you a questionairre with the information I need to design your diet, and can email you everything you would get at the meeting completely online. 

Once you have your meal plan, I will be available to you to answer any and all questions you may have about your diet via phone or email, for as long as you need help. 

2) Seminars

I can be booked for speaking engagements for small to large groups.  Perfect for small businesses looking to improve employee health and productivity, or any other group of people interested in getting some quality real world information about eating for better health.  The presentation is a brief lecture (not too much scientific mumbo jumbo) followed by a Q&A.  Can be held at your business or meeting place, or at my facility.
