It is a way of training that is very simple in concept but very effective. I have been doing Crossfit for an entire year and the results are obvious. “I worked out a lot when I was younger but around age 45 I ceased to be very active and gained alot of weight, got out of shape, and lost all my energy.  In October 2007, I began working out with Andy after developing some neck and back issues on top of the fact that I was overweight. 

Since October 2007 I have lost an incredible amount of bodyfat, gained alot of lean muscle, reduced my waistline, feel stronger, and have more energy. 

On just a two times per week program, I have noticed a change in muscular definition, increased flexibility, and I have a sense of accomplishment after each session.
