Adult General Fitness Program
Most of the people that seek me out are wanting to drop some bodyfat, get some muscle tone, get a little stronger, build up their endurance, and just get healthier!!
This program seeks to address all of those needs and is the program that I use for the majority of my clientele.
I have options for twice per week, three times per week, and four times per week, personal training sessions.
Nutritional Consultation is recommended but is optional with this program.
If you need to drop SIGNIFICANT amounts of bodyfat then you need to look at the Weight Loss Program first. Likewise, if you are looking for a really really advanced fitness program, then contact me about the CROSSFIT Program.
